Anjali Chaudhry is an Associate Professor of Management in the Brennan School of Business. She earned her PhD at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a MA in Organizational Psychology and Counseling from the Adler School of Professional Psychology at Chicago. Her undergraduate degree (BA Honors) is in Economics from Delhi University, India. Anjali has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Principles of Management, Human Resource Management, Statistics for Business and Economics, International Management with a focus on China, and Managing Diversity in the Workplace.
Her research has been published in a variety of outlets, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Leadership and Organization Studies, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Organization and Management Journal, and the International Journal of Knowledge, Culture and Chanage Management. She serves as an Associate Editor for the South-Asian Journal of Human Resource Management and is on the editorial board of Management Decision.
She has collaborated with several companies in the US and abroad as a principal investigator to investigate employee-level issues. Her most recent project was with Provena Health on the topic of "Managing Healthcare Workers' Attitudes and Behaviors in the Context of Strategic Change Programs Related to Healthcare Reforms: Research for Advancing Knowledge for Non-Profit Human Services Organizations."
