"Teaching should inspire students to discover on their own. As an educator, I strive to be open, accepting, encouraging and available to my students. My expectation is not that every student will retain and enjoy the raw material presented in class, but rather take away some aspect of improvement, encouragement, and positive motivation that will influence their lives beyond their college years." - Ryan L.
