Professor Liz Collier
Associate Professor of Business Ethics
Professor Elizabeth Collier teaches business ethics and corporate social responsibility at Dominican. Her areas of specialization include ethical methodology and business ethics as it relates to U.S. immigration law and policy. She has worked with senior business executives throughout metropolitan Chicago on issues regarding the intersection of faith, ethics, and business.
Professor Kathleen Odell
Associate Professor of Economics
Professor Kathleen Odell teaches economics and international trade and markets courses at Dominican. Her primary research focus is on methods of assessment used in the evaluation of economic development programs, especially in the areas of financial inclusion and microfinance. She has written and spoken on this topic locally, nationally, and internationally and has worked with a number of microfinance organizations and development agencies as an author and reviewer. Professor Odell has a particular interest in the dissemination of impact research to a broad audience of academics, funders, and practitioners. Professor Odell studied in Denmark as a Fulbright recipient in 2003-2004. Additional research interests include economic growth, poverty and inequality, urban economic development, and energy policy.
